Regenerate-RISE (Reaching the ISolated Elderly) has a mission to eradicate isolation amongst older people across the UK. In this season of the Coronavirus, we will look for new opportunities to reach out to the local community with a programme of care and support. |

RISE SW11 works in partnership with St Michael’s C of E Church and has a new Dementia-friendly minibus that transports our clients regularly to the Centre. The majority of our clients need transport and Dial-a-Ride provide a great service collecting people from across the borough of Wandsworth. |

RISE Nottingham RISE Nottingham began in April 2012 and is now based at Clifton Methodist Church. Our staff are currently furloughed due to the Coronavirus and everything is on hold for the time being. The Church is being renovated and we look forward to seeing the new building. |

RISE SW15 RISE SW15 began in 2001 in Roehampton and now covers Putney, Putney Vale, Roehampton and West Hill and is based at the Platt Christian Centre in Putney. The Platt is also the central office for all the work that goes on: Tel No 020 8780 9330 |
