The Trustees of Regenerate-RISE believe that the training of staff is essential to providing a service that will ensure the clients are provided with the best standard of care that they can offer. A day’s training takes place every quarter and during the last year we have included Understanding Dementia, First Aid, Fire Marshal and Safeguarding. We have also looked at Making Every Contact Count and quality assurance with all staff.
