The first grant of £500 was given to the Scrub Hub which operates from the squash courts at the Bank of England in Roehampton. Rosie works tirelessly to provide scrubs for many hospitals across London to help keep safe NHS workers from contracting Covid-19. The amazing rolls of material of all colours is turned into masks and gowns of all sizes and the workshop is kitted out as a production line from start to finish. We are all very grateful to all the volunteers who give of their time freely to sew the garments and deliver them to the main hospitals across London. We are all grateful to the NHS workers for their on-going commitment to their patients as the pandemic has gone on much longer than we all originally anticipated.
